This matter originated in the Twenty-Ninth Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Charles, wherein the Honorable Mary Ann Vial Lemmon ruled in favor of plaintiffs, dismissing defendants' declinatory exception to in personam jurisdiction. We now reverse.
