BIRDSALL, Chief Judge.

Appellant was charged by information with armed robbery, aggravated robbery, and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. The state filed an allegation of dangerousness and an allegation of a prior conviction. The state also filed an allegation that these offenses had been committed while appellant was on release status and that the appellant had used a deadly weapon in committing the offenses while he was on release status bringing...
