ABBOTT, J.:

This is a direct appeal by the defendant, James Snedecor, from his sentencing following his plea of guilty of burglary (K.S.A. 21-3715). Defendant contends the sentencing judge erred in refusing to continue the sentencing hearing so that a different judge could hear defendant's motion to disqualify the sentencing judge.
