The issue in this criminal case is whether a written document, specifically a judge's notes, sworn to and signed by affiants, and attached to an application for a search warrant, constituted a valid affidavit as required by Article 27, section 551, of the Maryland Code (1957, 1982 Repl.Vol., 1983 Cum.Supp.).
