The Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, after an adjudicatory hearing on November 21, 1983, determined the appellant, Shannon A., to be a delinquent child. The court found that Shannon had committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of manslaughter, assault and battery, and illegal use of a handgun.
