I. FACTS

This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission award denying compensability for a stroke occurring at work. The sole issue presented is whether A.R.S. § 23-1043.01.A. violates the Arizona constitutional provision regarding workers' compensation, Ariz. Const. art. 18, § 8, and the federal constitutional guarantee of equal protection. We find no constitutional violations...
