Dean and Barbara Rostad appeal from an order dismissing their products liability action for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Rostads commenced this action in April 1980 seeking recovery of personal injury damages from On-Deck, Inc., a New Jersey corporation. On-Deck's answer alleged, among other things, the affirmative defense of lack of personal jurisdiction. The trial court found On-Deck's contacts with Minnesota insufficient...
