Defendant Auto-Owners Insurance Company (Auto-Owners) appeals from the declaratory judgment of the trial court that plaintiff Karen Jo Brandenberg was entitled to recover no-fault benefits for injuries sustained when she fell or jumped from a van driven by her husband.
