This is an appeal from the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, David R. Hennessee, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, in violation of R.C. 2903.06. Appellant pleaded not guilty, but after the court overruled a motion to suppress, changed his plea to no contest.
