Defendants-appellants, Lucille Walker, J.C. Collins, and Teresa Walker were convicted by a jury of three counts of kidnapping, MCL 750.349; MSA 28.581. Each defendant was found guilty on all three counts. A fourth defendant, Lidra Walker, was found not guilty. Lucille Walker was sentenced to 4 to 20 years in prison, J.C. Collins was sentenced to 3 to 20 years in prison, and defendant Teresa Walker to 6 months in the county jail and 2 years probation...
