In Commonwealth v. Truss, 303 Pa.Super. 22, 449 A.2d 58 (1982), we held that it was error to permit into evidence the confessions of a minor who had not been advised at the time of his interrogation by the police that he had the right to have an informed adult, parent or counsel present during the questioning.
