ROWLEY, Judge:

This is a direct appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, following appellant's conviction for sales of obscene material. Although we affirm appellant's conviction, we vacate the judgment of sentence and remand for resentencing.
