Defendant pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct in the first degree. The trial court doubled the presumptive sentence and committed him to the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections for a period of 130 months. At the time of the offense, defendant was on probation for a conviction of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree.
