This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from a pretrial order granting appellee's motion to suppress evidence. The evidence in question is a revolver. Appellee is charged with various firearms offenses, and our independent review of the record discloses that if upheld, the order suppressing the revolver will terminate the prosecution.
