After a jury trial, defendant Ulysses Johnson was convicted of breaking and entering a building with intent to commit larceny therein, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. He was sentenced from 2-1/2 to 10 years in prison, with a credit of 56 days for time already served. He appeals as of right, alleging error in the trial court's denial of his motions to quash and to suppress evidence based on an allegedly illegal...
