William Hegner, administrator of the Frances Kugler estate, seeks review of a published decision of the court of appeals1 affirming a judgment of the circuit court for Outagamie county, Judge Urban P. Van Susteren. The circuit court assessed an interest surcharge against Hegner for his failure to invest estate funds in interest-bearing investments during his administration of the estate.
