This is an appeal from a judgment for respondents Winter. The judgment was based on promissory notes executed to the Winters by appellant Lawrence Liles, and defendant Timothy Campion. The respondents' claim on their promissory notes was triggered by their withdrawal from a partnership involving themselves and appellant Liles and defendant Campion. The personal liability of Liles is based on a provision of the Partnership Liquidation...
