This is a criminal action in which the Lancaster County District Court accepted a plea of no contest from the defendant, Kenneth Eugene Teater, to one count of attempted first degree sexual assault on a child, as defined by Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 28-201 and 28-319(1)(c) (Reissue 1979).
