This is an appeal challenging the probate court's appointment of Gerald Rekow as guardian of the person and estate of Mathilda Schmidt. Appellant alleges the court had insufficient evidence to conclude that Rekow was the most suitable and best qualified because Rekow was not present at the time of his appointment, and because an independent person was not really necessary since a family...
