HILL, Judge.

This action for summary ejectment was initiated in small claims court. The magistrate ruled in favor of the defendants and plaintiffs appealed. At the trial de novo the trial judge sitting without a jury entered judgment for plaintiffs allowing summary ejectment of defendants.
