Though IFG Leasing Company, the proper defendant in the case, was misnamed in the captions on the summons and complaint as Inter-Regional Financial Group Leasing Company (a non-existing company, apparently, though Inter-Regional Financial Group is a corporation that owns IFG Leasing Company), the summons was directed to IFG Leasing...
