Each of the defendants was charged with armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with the intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). Following a joint jury trial in the Detroit Recorder's Court, defendant Cedric Hayden was convicted of all charges, defendant Eric Dickerson was convicted of the armed robbery and...
