This is an appeal from judgment entered following trial consolidating parts of two matters, one a Torrens proceeding subsequent, and the other a civil action for declaratory judgment and damages. Respondent Midwest Federal foreclosed a mortgage which it held on the property, and, following the six-month redemption period, sold back the property to the fee owner.
