CAVANAUGH, Judge:

Appellant, Keith E. Royer, entered a guilty plea to the second count of a charge of corruption of the morals of a minor. His sentence included a fine of five hundred dollars and imprisonment of not less than two nor more than four years.1 Appellant's petition to modify the sentence was denied and he has appealed from the judgment of sentence.
