In Assignment of Error No. 1, plaintiffs contend summary judgment for defendants was inappropriate because the forecast of evidence revealed at least two genuine issues of material fact. In relation to their claim for reformation of the contract, plaintiffs argue that the question of the parties' intent was one for the jury.
