Appellants, who are members of the Huron River Area Credit Union, formerly known as Ann Arbor Co-Op Credit Union, appeal from an order of the Washtenaw County Circuit Court affirming a decision of the Commissioner of the Michigan Financial Institutions Bureau granting a bylaw amendment to the Ann Arbor Co-Op Credit Union.
