Plaintiff, a not-for-profit corporation, purchased a certificate of deposit in 1974 from defendant Hamburg Savings Bank (Hamburg). Plaintiff filed a corporate resolution with the bank which, inter alia, contained the signatures of three of the corporate officers. The signatures of two of the three officers were necessary to withdraw funds from the account. The account was terminated in 1976...
