In this slip-and-fall case, plaintiffs appeal as of right from a May 27, 1983, order of summary judgment granted in favor of defendants pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(3).

At approximately 10:30 or 11:00 a.m. on January 27, 1982, plaintiff Eva Mae Davis and her husband James Davis stopped at the home of Rufus Morton on Manor Street in the City of Detroit. Rufus Morton is the nephew of Eva Mae Davis....
