Defendant was charged with one count of aggravated robbery and one count of attempted aggravated robbery, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.05, 609.11, 609.17, and 609.245 (1982). The jury found defendant not guilty of the charge of aggravated robbery but guilty of the charge of attempted aggravated robbery.
