The sole enumeration of error is that the trial court erred in recharging the jury upon request (after the jurors were unable to reach a verdict, standing 11 to 1). The message the court received from the jury was that the 12th juror also agreed to the guilty verdict, but because of "her morals views and conviction in her own heart she cannot and will not give the guilty...
