We granted Georgia Jean Cheshire a second appeal from two forgery convictions in the Circuit Court of Mineral County. In the first appeal, we found that the trial court did not conduct a proper competency hearing and make adequate findings of fact as to Cheshire's competency to plead guilty to the charges. State v.
