This is an appeal from a summary judgment for the defendant in a "slip-and-fall" case.

The plaintiff slipped and twisted her ankle while descending a metal staircase leading from her apartment to a parking lot behind the building. She contends that this staircase was unreasonably dangerous because it was not adequately illuminated and because the raised bumps which had been built into the steps to make them less slippery had become worn down...
