On March 16, 1981, Lawrence J. Butterworth, d/b/a S.E.A. Plasma Center, and Barbara K. Butterworth, filed a joint bankruptcy petition pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq. The first meeting of creditors, attended by B.B.D., Inc.
