Plaintiff and defendants entered into a contract on March 12, 1982. Under the terms of the agreement, plaintiff was to sell or lease defendants' vending machines to businesses in Cumberland County, Pa. Defendants are business entities with offices in Des Moines, Iowa. Plaintiff has alleged that defendants failed to make payments due him under the contract, and has brought this action in assumpsit.
