This is a post conviction action following defendant's conviction of two counts of first degree murder, each in the perpetration or attempted perpetration of a different robbery. On June 20, 1980, defendant was sentenced to death on each count. The matter proceeded to this court for automatic review, and both judgment and sentence were affirmed in State v.
