MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on appeal from an order of The Honorable James B. Wolfe, Jr., holding that the debtor/appellees were entitled to claim their property exemptions in bankruptcy despite having previously waived them under applicable state law. After a hearing and consideration of the briefs filed by the parties, this court will reverse Judge Wolfe's order and rule that the Debtors have lost their exemptions...
