This is an appeal from a decision of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County, which denied appellant's motion for relief from judgment. On appeal appellants present a single assignment of error:
"The court below erred in failing to grant appellant's [sic] motion for relief from judgment when the judgment was void as a matter of law."
