Defendant, Gregory D. Haselhorst, was issued a citation for "Possession Less 1 oz Marijuana," in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-416(6)(a) (Cum.Supp.1982). Defendant filed a motion to suppress all evidence seized in a warrantless search of his car.
