This appeal concerns appellant's denial of appellees' claims for survivor's and work loss benefits pursuant to the Pennsylvania No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act, 40 P.S. § 1009.101 et seq., (No-fault Act) arising from the untimely death of their son.
