James R. Casal appeals his conviction of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, following a bench trial on stipulated facts. He claims that, at the pretrial suppression hearing, the court erred by not requiring the State to produce the confidential informant upon whose observations the search warrant was issued.
