Roy Jackson was convicted of child molestation. He appeals, contending the evidence is insufficient to support a finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in accordance with the rule in Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U.S. 307 (99 S.C. 2781, 61 LE2d 560); and, further, that the trial judge erred in failing to determine whether the appellant knowingly and intelligently waived his right to jury trial.
