Lorenzo M. Williams (petitioner) petitions for review of the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (board) which affirmed the referee's decision denying benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1 The sole issue which he raises before us is whether his due process rights were violated when the referee proceeded with the hearing after the petitioner...
