We affirm the judgment of the superior court. There is no dispute that the plaintiff had an easement to maintain and operate the dam; that the defendants have interfered with this maintenance and operation and threaten to do so in the future. We hold that on these undisputed facts the plaintiff is entitled to a permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the maintenance and operation of the dam.
