This is an action for legal malpractice brought by Eugeniusz Jeziorski against his criminal lawyer, Mark Bledstein. The sole issue presented concerns whether the applicable tolling provision in a legal malpractice case brought by a formerly incarcerated plaintiff is provided by section 340.6 or section 352 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
