OPINION
GREER, Judge.
The main issues we determine in this appeal are whether the trial court erred by: 1) denying appellee's application to compel arbitration and, 2) reducing the jury's award of damages to appellant from $2,500,000 to $101,510, by denying the damages awarded for loss of future profits.
