The plaintiff landowners commenced this action to recover damages from the defendants for dumping debris onto the plaintiffs' land from an abutting lot, for the destruction of trees and for causing an increased water flow onto the plaintiffs' property. The trial court rendered judgment for the plaintiffs on the first count of the complaint in the amount of $5480. From this judgment the defendant has appealed...
