PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of involuntary manslaughter. MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553. He was sentenced to five years probation, with the first year to be served in the county jail on a work-release program. Three weeks later defendant was found guilty of violating the terms of his probation. He was resentenced to the same probationary term without the work-release program. Defendant appeals his conviction as of right, raising claims of insufficiency...
