William Guerin appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for review of an order of the Labor and Industry Review Commission which denied his claim for disability benefits as a police officer under sec. 66.191, Stats. The commission ruled that Guerin's claim was premature because he had not retired from his job. The circuit court held that the order dismissing Guerin's claim for benefits was not "an order or award granting or denying compensation...
