PETERS, J.

This appeal concerns the permissible scope of a collateral attack on a judgment. In the underlying cause of action, the plaintiff, Claire B. Meinket, administratrix of the estate of Edmund L. Meinket, filed suit for money damages against the named individual defendant, Victor Levinson, and two corporate defendants. The defendant appeared pro se and was subsequently defaulted for failure to plead.
