In a bench trial, defendant, Michael A. Burton, was found guilty of two counts of indecent liberties with a child (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, pars. 11-4(a)(1) and 11-4(a)(3)) and found not guilty of rape (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 11-1). Judgment was entered on one count of indecent liberties with a child (Ill.
